Membership
Please Note: SHareCon is for adults. No one under 18 years of age can be admitted to the in person or virtual con spaces.
Attending membership prices reflect con attendance only and won’t be sold at the door. We’ll arrange con food options separately. We have to limit attending memberships to 60. If we receive more than 60 registrations, we’ll start a waiting list on a first-come basis.
Supporting memberships are for folks who want to support the in-person con but can’t attend it. A supporting membership costs $40 and we’ll have more details soon. There’s no deadline for supporting memberships. Supporting members are also welcome to register for the Virtual con.
Virtual memberships are for folks who cannot physically come to the con but want to enjoy the online activities. Virtual memberships are free, but we still need your fan name, email address (so we can include you on the mailing list so you can receive the links to the virtual events), and time zone .
If you would like to attend the Virtual Con and purchase a Supporting Membership, please fill out both forms.

Please note our refund policy for canceling a paid attending membership before the con. We understand that circumstances beyond your control can mean you can’t attend the con after buying a membership. However, we’re still required to pay the hotel on a specific schedule. So, we’ve established refund policy dates to determine if we can offer a refund if you have to cancel.
• Through August 1, we will refund full membership.
• From August 2 through August 31, we’ll convert attending memberships to supporting ($40) and refund the difference.
• After August 31, we can’t grant refunds.
This schedule allows us to cover our nonrefundable expenses for food and hotel.
Prices through June 27th:
Attending Membership (all weekend): $60
Attending Membership (any one day): $40
Prices from June 28th through August 2nd:
Attending Membership (all weekend): $70
Attending Membership (any one day): $45
Prices from August 3rd through September 13th:
Attending Membership (all weekend): $80
